Very soon, to complete our wide range of solution, P2link’s going to integrate a new feature a chatbot dedicated Health/Chronic Diseases: AI cognitive voice and text conversational solution.

Our P2link bot will educate patients, monitor symptoms and behaviors that may lead to adverse events and alert caregivers. The P2link bot will act as virtual assistant for the patient with 2 main capabilities:
– As a virtual coach the bot will educate, engage and motivate patients to follow their treatments, check their vital sign and will give recommendation;
– As a virtual nurse the bot will follow continuously the care plan with empathy, giving precise health information and advice for the unique situation they are experiencing.
The P2link bot will act as a virtual assistant for the healthcare professionals:
– Doing triage and generate actionable and predictive notifications;
– Assist healthcare professionals to manage task related to patient’s cases.

AI Cognitive capabilities
Intelligence is enabled with cloud AI services forming the bot brain that understands and reasons about the user input. Based on understanding the input, the bot can help the user complete some tasks, answer questions, or even chit chat through action handlers.
Language Understanding is the key part of the bot brain that allows the bot to understand natural language input and reason about it to take the appropriate action. Designed to identify valuable information in conversations, it interprets user goals (intents) and distills valuable information from sentences (entities), for a high quality, nuanced language model.
